A native of Missouri, Paul Baker grew up fishing our local streams and lakes. In 2005 he moved to Pensacola, FL and took his love of fishing with him.

In 2014 he brought his first load of fresh caught shrimp to Missouri and sold all 800lbs in two days.  Clearly, folks around here are hungry for fresh seafood!

Now Paul is bringing all that fresh seafood directly to Jefferson City.  Paul’s culinary skills are superb and he insists on using only the freshest of everything.
